Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. From the very start, I got near immediate response to my request for an estimate from Hadi who followed up by email, text and phone in a professional way. He understood that I was getting other estimates, and didn't push or try to rush me, but stayed in touch in the immediate days that followed with gentle check-ins. It made me feel from the start that they cared about my business and would provide good customer service. After we decided to book them, they continued to have good follow-up - confirming when my deposit went through, answering questions I sent to them in the days leading up to the move quickly and respectfully and sending a text the day before the move to confirm the arrival time and give me the name and number of our moving day contact. The day of the move I got a call in the morning to let me know the crew supervisor's name and number and that they were on their way and would call us to give us their ETA. I got a call when they were five minutes out - perfect! The crew were friendly, professional, skilled and efficient. Everything was wrapped, protected and secured. The load in went fast! We took their advice and hired a crew of three and I think it made a big difference and saved time off our move. The load in was just as smooth. They took all the boxes to the designated rooms that we'd noted on the boxes and set all the furniture up in all the rooms. I couldn't be happier with this move experience! They charged an hourly rate based on the size of the crew that was comparable to the other estimates I received.
