Great! Jim was honest and completed all the work in a timely manner. He gave us options and let us choose how we wanted to proceed after thoroughly explaining things. He did a great job and we would have him back...hopefully for a non-emergent issue next time.

They measured it and advised the duct work has collapsed in the wall. I will need to find someone to fix the damaged section. This company was professional and I would call them out again.

Tech came same day and worked until midnight!

I have 3 heat pump units, and the price includes all of them. They were the company that installed the systems when the house was built and they have never given me any reason not to use them. I haven't had to use them very often, but they take them out regularly when the system have a need, and they respond whenever I have an issue. $300 for maintenance for a year seems fair.

I started the dishwasher and 5 minutes later I had water flowing out from under the kitchen sink cabinet onto the floor. I stopped the dishwasher, cleaned up the water, checked Angie's List, and called Rural Plumbing and Heating. The repairman was there a hour later, exactly when he said he would be there. He checked all the pipes under the sink, found the culprit - a hose that had ruptured from old age - replaced it, tested everything, cleaned up after himself, and was out the door. I was very satisfied with his professionalism. Will definitely use Rural Plumbing and Heating for any future work. Thanks, Angie.

Called Rural Plumbing and Heating during the extreme cold snap we had last February.
They answered the call on the first attempt and made an appointment. This is in self was
refreshing, since most companies I have called in the past use an answering service leaving you
wondering when someone is going to call you back.
They were very responsive. A verification call was made when the service agent was on his way.
He arrived and was courteous, prompt and professional. The cost of the repair was fair.
I will not only use them in the future, I now use them for my business in addition to my home requirements.

The arrived on time. The work was done expeditiously. The repair is fine. However, the equipment they used to dig the trench made a wide swath in my lawn the will require significant landscaping to restore.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Rural Pand H. We were responded to quickly, the issue was resolved and the charges were very reasonable for a weekend call. And we would definitely call them again if we had problems.

When our HVAC went out I got 6 or 8 estimates, and Rural was far more economical than any other company. I had used them before so I chose them for this job. Our old unit was 20+ years old and basically with re-siding etc the house was practically on top of the old unit. They had to work hard in a tight space to remove the old unit and build a special pad for the new unit. The initial quote remained the same even with the bit of extra work to get it situated right. It was done in no time. When the unit stopped working this summer I called and within a few hours someone was there to assess the situation. Of course I was worried that my unit was broken after only a year BUT we had a 10 year all included labor/parts warranty, and the technician explained what was wrong/happening and Rural filed the warranty paperwork on my behalf and keeps the records (Which was great since the dog had chewed up half of the paperwork). I will definitely use them again.

Our shower has been leaking and we were having our kitchen remodeled, so we asked our general contractor to have the plumber fix the leaky shower when they were at our house to work on the kitchen. Our gc figured out that it was the valve that was leaking. My gc asked me to buy either a new valve or a new shower head, handle, and valve kit. I decided to buy a whole new kit since the old one was probably 30 years old. The 1st one I picked didn't cover the hole in the tile that was already there, so I had to run to the store to pick a new one. They told me that since the old one was a Delta, that a Delta would fit the hole. They did a good job and were courteous throughout the job. I would hire them to come back and do other plumbing jobs in the future.

On the day of installation they arrived promptly with my new gaspack. They went to work immediately with the installation. They hauled away my old unit and started to the install on my new unit. The owner Jeff even stooped bye my house to make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew did a great job with the installation and I have no complaints. Im very picky regarding the details in terms in clean wiring, nice routing of cables and correct connections.

I've used rural for hvac service and plumbing the past and they have been great. You have lots of companies to choose from when it comes to hvac and I chose rural because they have been around for 40 years or so and they have qualified people doing the work. This review is based on my experience so far and it has been great. If something changes I will update my review to reflect it but I don't anticipate it from rural, as I have used them for about five years now and have been very satisfied with them.

Work was performed on time on target and within budget. The pro that rural plumbing sent was 100% professional. Punctual, cleaned up after and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them on price and on capability and ability.

The price was by far better than anyone else I got an estimate on.

They are fine and the only problem I have had with them was when a technician didn't put covers over his shoes and tracked in dirt. I will continue my contract with them.

The crew consisted of two, a plumber and helper. They arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. When done, everything was cleaned up as if they were never here.

I had an emergency with my A/C and it went out when it was super hot one day. Danny quickly got the warranty on the broken part. He got the whole thing done in about 20 minutes. (I was with him the whole time). I would definitely recommend them. The gal I talked to, Dianna, knew exactly what she was doing and was very professional about the whole thing. Also very capable and personable.

I thought their prices were fair. They were always professional. They were almost always on time. They communicated with us well. They met our needs.

It went very well. The two technicians checked out everything inside and outside. They were efficient and very knowledgable. Have also used them for plumbing work and they were reasonable.

We found our A/C not working yesterday. Upon inspection, we found the drip pan filled with water. We drained the water, but needed service on the drain pipe, which we assumed was plugged. We contacted Rural Plumbing and Heating and they told us they could have someone on site within two hours. Mike, was at breakfast when he called and asked us if it would be OK for him to finish his meal before coming over (it was). He said he would call when he was 15 minutes away (he did). He cleaned our drain pipe, identified a freon leak and recharged the system. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional (as well as polite!) and told us that our unit would probably last about 15 years. As the unit has been in operation for about 13 years, e gave us information regarding a tax credit we could take advantage of should we decide to replace it by year's end as well as quote on a new system for our home. Overall, we highly recommend Rural Plumbing and Heating. Our experience could not have been better.
