Another great project delivered by Ross Tait! I've worked with Ross over several years for both interior and exterior jobs, but this is the most extensive project that I have had him engaged with. Ross was very responsive and worked with me to suggest paint types leading up to the job. This is the first time this house has had an exterior paint coat since construction. I was not in a hurry and Ross ended up doing the job with just himself and one helper. Total job time was about 3 weeks but that also included 3 - 4 days dealing with rain delays. Ross kept me up to date on his plans as to whether he would be on site during times of uncooperative weather. During the job, the work site was kept tidy at the end of each day, and final cleanup was as expected. The final result looks great. I would not hesitate to hire Ross for another job of this magnitude.

Extremely well - no complaints.

This is the second time I have used Ross's painting services and have referred him to friends who have also had positive experiences.  He is professional, does quality work and is mindful of budgetary restrictions.  He has a great attention to detail and worked well with us. 

This is my third time hiring Ross for painting work.  That probably tells you all you need to know, but I will elaborate anyway!  Ross has done both interior and exterior work for me.  I had multiple areas where the paint was beginning to flake or wear off trim.  The house is coming due for a full paint job, but I wanted Ross to touch things up at least for this year to make it look better.
For this job, he showed up when promised, worked diligently along with an assistant, did a quality job, and cleaned up after himself as expected (including protecting shrubs, decking, etc).   Ross is a nice guy to deal with.  Very personable and easy to talk to.  I appreciate a craftsman who does a good job at a reasonable price.  I usually feel like I got more than I paid for when Ross is done, and that is a great feeling! 
I will certainly consider Ross for more work in the future.

Arrived on time and did a very good job.

He is very good. He runs his own show and doesn't have a team. He is a good person to work with, very communicative and does a good job. I would definitely use him again. People who looked at the ceiling give me good reviews. It is so smooth and it was a job well done.

The service was good and we actually ended up using him for some additional work.

I have used Ross Tait twice and both times he was great. He is timely ,professional and fair with his pricing. I brought a new home and needed two bedrooms and a bathroom painted we agreed on a date and time and he was there with no problem. He originally told me it would take him a couple of days to paint but the day of the painting he showed up with helpers and was done within a couple of hours!!! Ross will be my go to guy if I ever need painting done in the future !! AWESOME !

Older home on the market to sell and needed a complete interior paint job, two areas of popcorn ceiling repair. The result looks great!

We were very pleased with what we got for the price with Ross Tait. He was on the job himself with one assistant. We were in a hurry to get our job completed and Ross was able to accommodate us. His quote was much less than others we got and previous work we had done by other painters so we were a little leery but it went very well and we would use him again.

Ross and his team did a terrific job. They showed up on time, worked from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day, and were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job on the painting--I expect to use their service again when I repaint the exterior of my house.

He did everything really well! Came on time, did a high quality job, finished on time and he cleaned up.

Ross arrived and looked at the work that needed to be done and gave us estimates on both repainting with popcorn or removal, feathering in and repaint without popcorn. We chose the last option and are completely delighted with the work performed. This was a difficult chore as there was an area that had previously been repaired and it required numerous visits from Ross to complete the feathering in process. Ross even came back a last time and looked it over and was not happy with a few areas and on his own at no additional cost smoothed in the areas he asw and repainted the entire ceiling. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations and we are already thinking of the next painting job that we can call upon his services once again. Ross is a true professional who will not disappoint.

Everything was perfect.

Ross was promt and professional ! I started a painting project in my bathroom which I thought I had under control until I decided to paint my popcorn ceiling. Needless to say the popcorn started to peel and I ended up partially removing the popcorn. Once I realized this project was bigger than my expertise I called Ross and he came over and gave me an excellent quote ! He removed the remainder of the popcorn skimmed the drywall and painted my ceiling perfectly! He did such a wonderful job I am having him come back to paint my living room and kitchen ! I was extemely pleased !

Ross was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. He stopped by for a quick look and sent us a quote in a reasonable amount of time. Once the details and dates were worked out, he showed up on time if not a few minutes early and worked steadily. The project took two days. The first day consisted mainly of prep work and repairs. He returned the next day to complete painting the rooms with two coats. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and his set-up and clean-up.
