This is the second time that I used Roofwerk and as always, the job was flawless. Shane donavant, who was the project coordinator, plans ahead and stays on top until quality results are achieved. His performance underscored by pride, personal involvement and accomplishment. His crew were exceptionally skilled in all facets of the job. Totally professionals and dedicated.

Inspected roof, tarped two leaks while we awaited new materials. Install was quick and professional. Crew worked hard to clean-up all debris. Would certainly use again.

The crew removed and replaced three old skylights in our livingroom. They were knowledgeable and professional. Great installation and cleanup. They deserve the A which we rated them.

Excellent! The two installers, Roberto and his helper, are professional and knowledgeable installers. They replaced the rotten wood frames around the old windows and installed beautiful new Velux sky lights. We give the workers and the new Velux windows an A+.

They did a great job. With the price around, I felt like they were competitive. They were on time and easy to work with. They did a nice job. We didn’t have any problems.

We set a date for our roof replacement and it was delayed a week due to rain (although the materials and dumpster were placed in our driveway from day 1, regardless of the forecast.) Everyday was a waiting game if they would come, call, or not due to the weather and communication could have definitely been better. The weather finally cooperated and the roof replacement began (after 1.5 weeks of no access to driveway), and on day two we got a phone call that the roof shingle color that was being installed WAS INCORRECT from the one we had chosen. The owner offered us a discount on the charcoal shingles that were currently almost completely installed on the roof or to replace the shingles with the ones we originally picked. The charcoal shingles looked terrible with our siding so we asked for them to fix their mistake. The shingles were replaced and no discount was offered for the mistake. I work night shift and was home trying to sleep between shifts during this entire process and their mistake made this experience completely terrible. The first time they finished the roof with the charcoal the yard was left clean but the second time there were nails, trash, broken fences, damaged siding, on top of damaged ceiling inside the house from the job being done twice. It took them MONTHS to send us an invoice after being contacted multiple times. We assumed we would be offered a discount for our terrible experience (which was a mistake on THEIR part) but when asked they said we were offered one and we declined it. (the charcoal roof that could have decreased our house value by how terrible it looked.) Overall the workers were kind and respectful and we have a roof over our heads but the experience getting here was definitely not positive or to be repeated.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with Roofwerks. They were very easy and professional to deal with. My project manager was very responsive to my questions and needs. I felt he truly had my best interests in mind with his materials recommendations. The work crew was highly efficient and the quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.

Entire process was seamless and very professional. Sales team was prompt in presenting options and generating quote. Installation team did a great job and left property very clean.

Everything went very smoothly. William was our point of contact, project manager was Tyrone and job foreman was Javier. RoofWerks got our business because of a little "extra" effort that William put in when coming over to do the estimate. While on the upper roof he cleared off old leaves, etc that had been accumulating some time . . . William was very patient as we worked through the shingle selection process with many good recommendations about quality. After we reached agreement on terms, the crew under Javier arrived and really went to work removing the old shingles - I had gone into the attics and covered everything with plastic sheeting as Tyrone recommended, minimizing the mess up there. The work was completed quickly and quite professionally. Both William and Tyrone dropped by to check the work and William and Tyrone did some installation of some fascia on an odd part of our roof. As promised by William, the work around the chimney replaced a really poor prior install with a much better technique that gives me confidence in how well it will stand up. There were several times I was impressed with additional touches that will make this new roof hold up for a long, long time. Even with a few extras (very few), the job came in on budget and was certainly timely as we got some rain a day or two after the install. No leaks, no issues! Worth noting is that RoofWerks offers a 3% discount for cash. Clean up was superb. In fact, the area they cleaned was much better than the way they found it. Very well pleased. Neighbors very complimentary.

A small leak showed up around the stove vent pipe.  Roofwerks came out, looked over the problem.  A piece of flashing needed to be ordered, this was done and the roof was repaired at no charge within a week.  Great customer service!

The salesman Fred showed up on time for our estimate meeting at 730am! He was very pleasant.
We discussed what I wanted, and he walked around the property and went up on roof.  He said he would have an estimate in a few days and he did.
Fred was very responsive to follow up questions, and requested changes to the contract. I wanted a couple of items that they were going to do anyway, written into contract. We realized that we wanted a certain very shallowly sloped section of roof done a certain way, and he rebid it as requested. This allowed us to compare the quotes easily as they were all going to be doing the same scope of work.
He also provided me with 5-6 pages, three columns each, listing previous customers, what shingle/color they had installed and the address. I was able to go see the work they had done. Which all looked great, and it let me know that our original color choice was not what we wanted.
Due to recent inclement weather our original start date got pushed back. Fred was always good to keep me in the loop on any changes. We ended up a week later than originally scheduled. But given the great deal of rain and potential hurricane we had recently I cannot fault them at all.
The workers were great, punctual, worked very, very hard. Did a fantastic job on the roof. It looks great and couldn't be more pleased. They also did a stand alone garage/shed which was part of the quote. I had asked if they had left over shingles if they could leave some of them for my well house, and the guys did it way quicker than I ever could, while cleaning up at the end of the job.
Our first big rainfall happened the day after they finished and it was a relief to not being worrying about where the water would come in next.
My sticker shocked self wanted to give a lower grade on the price, but given the complexity of my roof, and the fact that the other contractors came in around the same price, I can't complain.

Excellent. Workers were right on time. Explained work, cost, and went to it. Performed work as described in timely fashion. Workers were courteous and answered all my questions.

Just great.  Professional crew, left the place spic and span.  Project manager was prompt and kind.  We were wishy-washy trying to decide whether to do a partial job or the whole roof.  He was patient and gave us many scenarios and options.
