We are a family-owned residential and commercial roofing company based in the Carolinas. Comparing ourselves to other roofing companies, we excel in the areas of professionalism, customer service, pricing, quality, and making things simple. The reason we can say this with confidence is because of our background. We know it is hard to find good contractors when it comes to roofing, there are not enough qualified roofers serving the public. This is where we come in as we have the resume to back our hard work up. Our staff is qualified to take care of your home and more importantly passionate about their work. We specialize in residential roofing, commercial roofing and insurance restoration. Being from the Charlotte area, our company has an extensive relationship with all major insurance companies. In January of 2018, Roof King partnered with Griffin Brothers Companies as a part of their ZoomUp program. This partnership brings the expertise and insight from industry experts on board to help “zoom” Roof King to the next level! Founded in 1961, Griffin Brothers Companies have paved the way for exceptional customer service and great business ethics in the Carolinas.

"We are very sorry for the lack of customer service during your experience with Roof King. There was a lack of communication from the roof consultant to the homeowner who received an overall bad experience. The document is non-binding and can be canceled or void at any time. It simply states that we “work for insurance proceeds” this is to allow us access to the claim summary to see what items the insurance company is approving or not approving, as well as to prevent the homeowner and or business from committing insurance fraud. This repair was done out of pocket not through insurance, the customer received the repair and all work completed for free, if he agreed to remove this false review. Roof King has tried to reach out to him several times with no response and are trying to fulfill the homeowners requests."
