Over the next 8 months, he was nearly impossible to communicate with. He refused our many calls and emails. He eventually replied to one email saying that "cell phone reception was bad in his building." Another email stated that all our emails to him went into his "Junk" folder, and he had not seen them. On 10/14/11, by email he "promised" to get the vinyl and have it installed NLT 11/05/12. He did not do so, nor would he return our calls. On March 2012, we took him to Small Claims Court in Raleigh.
The court found against him and ordered him to pay us $703 including court costs. He has not paid anything, some 6 months later. In summary, he took our money, but did not do the work, some 12 months after he cashed our check. We would warn everyone to avoid using him for furniture repair or flooring. We are continuing with civil legal action to try to get our money back from him. In short, he cannot be trusted to complete a job.Licensing
