Pros: They're knowledgeable, friendly, and invited me to come in to choose what area of my slab would be used for the counter. When we had appointments, they were on time. They are very responsive by phone. They were very respectful of my home.
Cons: They don't respond promptly to e-mail. I was quoted a price for a 2 mm slab they said they had in stock, then was told that they made an error and only have the 3mm available at an increased price. I did have to pay extra for removal of my old countertop which was fine, because the original price was very low...however, when they removed it, they took with it the "guts" that go to the plumbing, causing a lot of extra work when installing our new sinks. There are a few spots on the marble that look and feel like very small chips, but they say that's normal. I've never seen any on any other new marble, ever.
Overall, I might use this company again, but would not say I recommend them highly either.
