I really don't have much to compare cost wise because this is the first time I've ever had to have electrical work done but Rudy was great communicating with me since I was a few hours away and was extremely quick at taking care of everything. Very pleased with the way everything was handled.

I called to inquire concerning installation of full-house backup generator. Right Electrical Services set an appointment; Company representative arrived my residence on time and went immediately to work with me in inspecting the appropriate placement, discussed with me thoroughly the scope of work to be done, the process of the installation and the coordination Right Electrical would do with electrical, power company and propane provider, and estimated time to complete installation. Representative provided me with a verbal estimate of expense, and promised a written estimate within a few hours. Estimate arrived within 90 minutes; Representative followed up email with telephone call while I was reading estimate to provide further detail regarding estimate. This company is the RIGHT CHOICE for any of your electrical needs. Rudy is a TOP NOTCH electrician. He explained every detail to my understanding. His customer service is a 10+. He certainly knows his job. Iâ m telling you..This is the company to go with. They are more than reasonable. I called and compared 5 electricians. They beat them all outâ ¦over $1000 lower than the other guys and did a superb job. Iâ m a real person . I donâ t know these people but their customer service is EXCELLENT. They are the RIGHT CHOICE!!!!

I was the first appt of the day. They were extremely prompt. My techs Rudy and Justin were great. My one new fixture didnâ t come with all of the screws and Rudy was great about it. He had the installation removed from my quote since they would have to come back when I replaced it. He and Justin were extremely courteous and professional.
