Rhino Shield

Reuburn Hearn was on time and did good job power washing the house. Jose Guzman's paint crew showed up later than stated but worked hard. We've had problems getting areas that were originally missed painted (took over a year for that to happen). We're having issues with coating peeling away on the siding. Responses from Craig Boettcher have been far and few.

The crew was great, spent about 6 days from start to finish, including clean up.

Excellent service and a great product.  25 years warranty!  Very happy with the appearance and with the workmanship.

They are very professional and courteous. They were on time. The workers were friendly. The work was very thorough. They did an excellent job.

The work turned out wonderfully. So far the product has been as good as advertised. They did good work and they did the work on time.

The house just looks likes its got a fresh coat of paint on it. We did check out homes they had worked on in our area and those looked great as well. My husband noticed that there was some rotted wood that they and us had missed prior to them starting and when he mentioned it to them, they immediately came out and even replaced that piece of wood (part of an outdoor shower) and painted and coated it. They really when above and beyond our expectations. I'm very glad we coated the house. This is a house that is 1/2 a block from the Atlantic Ocean and gets lots of sea-winds/sands. They had very good communication throughout the process.

The service was okay. The communication with the company seemed to be an issue. They did not give updates on delays and in order to find out what was going on, we had to call them. The did a pretty good job for the work that they did. The value was excellent compared to having the house painted with conventional paint as it would have cost the same either way and we were able to get a better paint and the trim replaced as well. The work has a 25 year warranty. Rhino Shield uses subcontractors for their painting and it could be the service provider I had was extremely busy, I am not sure what the situation was. They were very professional when they were at my home, they cleaned up everyday, and they kept the work area very neat.
