I had one bathroom done 5 years ago, and another one done last year. They really do a great job of remodeling and home improvement. If something breaks in my house, they are my first call. Sometimes they are busy, but they are my major contractor. They are top, they are really good, and their prices are competitive.

An architect recommended Residential Remedies (RR) for expertise, quality work and high integrity. We
interviewed a number of general contractors and found Joe Fiore, owner of RR, to be responsive and competitive in price. He was our first choice.
We contracted with Residential Remedies in November, 2012 for significant renovation in an older home that we had just purchased. Changes involves structural issues (requiring engineering assessment), electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as carpentry, drywall and painting. We found Joe?s team to be hard-working and dependable. Joe was on-site daily to make sure the work was progressing in a quality manner. At times, he offered suggestions that significantly improved the overall project. The clean-up was great. The few issues were immediately addressed. Phase 1 of the project was completed on schedule and on-budget in February, 2012. The project cost to date exceeds $25,000. Joe provided detailed invoicing with backup documentation on all labor and materials. He operates with an ?open book? approach.
Phase 2 of the project is scheduled for start in April, 2013. It will involve converting a one-car garage to living space. The objective is to make the finished area look as if it was original design and construction. The completed cost/SF will be approximately $110 with total expenditure over $35,000.
We are extremely satisfied with Residential Remedies and highly recommend Joe and his team.

The work went extremely well. Joe and his team fixed a water leak problem behind the wall that they had not known about at the time of the original estimate. Joe took care of dealing with Home Depot when they sent the wrong tub, even though we had ordered it ourselves. The level of fit and finish is immaculate. Truly fabulous work.

Their price was reasonable. They were honest and punctual. They were easy to work with and communicate with. They are company you can count on. They are not a company that is going to be gone tomorrow. They are very secure and solid in their work. They have been around for a while, and they are here to stay. If they cant do something, they will tell you about it and get you someone else to do it.

This is a professional crew; they show up when they say they will be there; they do fantastic work and they are both helpful and flexible when it comes to the inevitable decisions that come up during the job. Joe, Steve and Jimmy are great!

They were very dependable and easy to work with. If we wanted something change he would do it. There was a problem with the foundation he fixed it in sub zero weather with out any additional charge.
