Bill did an excellent job inspecting our new home. He is polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. This was my first home inspection and I asked him a bunch of questions during the inspection, which he kindly answered. I learned more from Bill in 2 hours than I could have imagined. He gave great instruction on where all the important features are and how to properly maintain a house. He took pictures throughout the inspection and included them on the report. He took meticulous notes of every flaw and pointed out things that I didn't realize were an issue. We received the detailed and extensive report the same day! I highly recommend Bill, and I suggest accompanying him during the inspection so you can learn from him.
