Stephanie Narron, buyer's agent for Team Ruby (Ruby Henderson, Remax One) did an amazing job helping us find and buy a new home. Over a period of 6 months I looked at a lot of homes with a few different agents. I spoke to other agents by phone that gave me a bad vibe immediately. I did work with one buyer agent who did a very good job, but I didn't find the right home. Then by luck I ended up speaking with Stephanie Narron about 3 house listings that caught my eye in a neighboring town.
Stephanie showed me the 3 homes I originally inquired about but none of them were the right house. She ended up showing me about 15 different homes over a period of appointments. During the process she provided extremely valuable details about each
candidate house and the surrounding neighborhood. She did prompt research on every house that I expressed interest in after a showing, providing useful history on the property and useful details about the current sellers that could be used in negotiating a price.
Stephanie seemed to work tirelessly throughout the experience. I honestly wonder if she sleeps. If I sent her a question via email at 11:30pm she answered it before midnight. If I sent her a question via email at 5:30am she answered it by 6am. She was constantly on the ball.
After negotiating a price on the right home there were some issues with the inspection. Stephanie then brought in Beau Bourquin from Team Ruby to help navigate and negotiate repairs. They both did an amazing job. I dare not say to what extent they helped and how exemplary their service was in that process, because I don't know if they can do the same for everyone. But wow, they were fantastic. Honestly, they made the other buying agent I'd worked with, who'd I thought was very good, a bit pale in comparison. Stephanie did such an awesome job that I paid to become a member of this site just to write this review.
I would utilize Stephanie Narron, Beau Bourquin, and Team Ruby (Remax One) again in a heartbeat. I also HIGHLY recommend Stephanie Narron as possibly the best buyer's agent in the Raleigh / Cary / Wake Forest area. I stand by my word 100%.

Susan went above and beyond what I'd expect for a real estate agent. I was a first time homebuyer, and she was patient and helpfully answered every question I had. Before contacting an agent or visiting any homes, I had done a lot of online searching for homes for sale. Susan was readily available and quick to show us different homes. She was also unbiased and gave us time to see how we felt about each house. Most importantly, she was in contact with us while we continued to look, and she was very much in touch from when we decided to purchase until closing was completed. She has even checked in once or twice since closing to make sure things are alright. I would highly recommend Susan as a buyer's agent.
