Everything seemed fine but this team LACKS any human compassion. They are only in in for the big bucks! Once they have you, say good-bye to any human compassion as it relates to the largest purchase/sale that most people will ever make. Yes, they have the "expertise" to sell most homes quickly, but if you have any questions, or need a bit of "guidance" GOOD LUCK getting ahold of them and if you do, you are made to feel as if you are bothering them. Most people that I encounter in the business world would bend over backwards if you were spending $12,000 or more with them. NOT SO in this case. I feel that I was greatly taken advantage of and feel very "dirty" at the end of this "deal". I would recommend that people go to a realtor that keeps the client in mind, as a person and not as just another sale to get over and done with. 

Bottom line, yeah this team can sell your house, but at what price to both your sales commission you are paying and the amount (this case, very little) of time spent taking care of the clients needs and questions and concerns.
