This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Wrong parts, missing parts, granite didn't fit, Drawer handles weren't ordered, cabinets that came didn't fit. the cabinets came with he wrong glass installed. I asked for a porcelain sink and they brought me a fiberglass garage sink. Then when the new sink came they dropped it through the hole and broke out the bottom of our cabinet. The faucet that came was missing parts and I ordered the missing parts myself and paid for them myself. The stove top that came didn't fit. The contractors, that came tried to nickel and dime me to death, for example asked for money to but tile saw blades and a tile cutter. I would have fired them on the spot but our house was already in the demo mode. They rewired our water heater and it didn't work the next day. The contractor wanted me to pay the man he sent 1 or2 hundred dollars for his trouble! The contractor said he would drop my old cabinets off at Habitat for humanity and get a receipt and he came back the next day and said he gave them to his helper because the place was closed! Didn't offer anything for these like new condition cabinets. Reico finally did give me a One hundred dollar Visa card. They also said they would put me a kitchen island in for free except for the granite top. Get this one, I was charged almost 800 dollars for a 3x3 piece of granite. This happened almost a year ago and I didn't want to write a comment in haste. If you see a Reico store, walk, no run the other way. They are horrible con-artists that take advantage of a persons willingness work with them when problems arise. We really felt violated by the time the project was done. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and don't use them to remodel anything in your home.
Response from Reico Kitchen & Bath
"Upon receiving this feedback, we immediately had our Regional Manager Jason Arnold reach out to the client to apologize for the experience he had with us during his project. Jason was finally able to connect directly with the client, who was very kind and understanding. A meeting is scheduled at the client's home next week 4/29 to discuss his experience and determine what if anything can be done to rectify the situation. This is a never a situation we would want to create for any client and greatly appreciate the client's willingness to discuss with us so we can learn, help correct any outstanding issues and make sure that this does not happen again."

We requested an estimate on replacing bathroom cabinets and tops.  The estimate was within our range; the cabinets were ordered and arrived within 10 days.  They scheduled the installation of cabinets and granite tops.  The installer was prompt and cleaned up any dust created from the installation.

I was not satisfied. They came back on everything and tried to fix things once. Overall the followup was not good. I will not use them again.

The people who stayed before us used Builder Products Inc. for kitchen cabinets, bathroom remodel and shower doors. Hence, I called them this time to remodel 4 areas of the house. Their designer came over and spent 2 full hours with me discussing the designs. We were amazed at the prices we were charged to redo our closets and kitchen cabinets. They also sent someone to patch the closets which had chipped during the installation. They also visited me 2 to 3 times, before the plan was finalized. The designer was a wonderful person, he had an eye to detail and very reliable. He was punctual for the job, listened to my requirements, suggested some and drew my imagination. They drove a truck, which was like a shop on wheels and comprised of everything they needed for the job. They put in little shoe covers to ensure the carpet was not spoilt and did the entire saw cutting outside. After the job was done, he cleaned the place himself. The person who did the installation for us was the one who put in the shower doors. He found there might be a leak on the door; hence, he put in a silicon layer, so that it wouldn’t leak. He was just a perfectionist and I will continue to use their services in future.

We have been doing quite a bit of remodeling lately and have hired a number of contractors to do the work. This was probably our worst experience. It took quite a while just to get a quote for our bathroom vanity cabinets, countertop, and mirrors. We finally got that worked out back in May and ordered everything. The install was scheduled for June 28th. After removing our old countertop and cabinets, the installers discovered that the salesperson had ordered the wrong base cabinet with drawers, a 24" deep kitchen cabinet instead of the 21" one for a bathroom. They ended up cutting the cabinet down to size since ordering a new one would have taken some time and left us without a bathroom to use. It also turned out that they had only ordered 7 of the 8 drawer/door handles that we needed so they had to return later to install the hardware. Next, it turned out that they had not installed the deluxe cabinets we asked for with 'soft-close' drawers but instead we had received the basic versions. So, they scheduled a swap out of the drawers the following week. When they arrived, only two of the three drawers were correct so they had to reorder the third drawer. They came back a week or so later to replace it. There was also some confusion with the mirrors we ordered. The invoice listed 40" mirrors but we received 36" ones instead. We had discussed the two sizes earlier and the invoice reflected a decision of 40" but apparently the salesperson decided 36" would be more likely to fit properly. Since there was some confusion, we agreed to pay for new 40" mirrors. The quote was 'the cost for those mirrors in the 40" height would be $120 plus tax". As it turned out, the $120 was for ONE mirror, not both mirrors, and in fact, even then, they tried to charge us $126 apiece until I corrected them. In the end, we got something like we ordered although it cost us more than we had planned due to some of the problems and it took way too long with many, many visits. Nearly every part of the order was in error in some way or another. I will say that the quartz vanity countertops, done by a different subcontractor, were excellent and the installers were very nice and cooperative.

We had used them many years ago. I knew they did custom work and their price was reasonable. I got a quote from them. My husband is in architecture business and he drew up the plan. I build the product myself. I met with the lady who took the measurements. She went back and sent us the quote. They were very slow but they did an excellent work. They did a custom rover base, wall cabinets, support, bench seat and eucolean top for the sitting area. They found the eucolean through another company that did eucolean piece. They came out when they said they would come out. It took them weeks and weeks to get the job done.

Sales person, Ms. Woody, was pleasant to deal with and stayed in contact. The cabinets I was shown were not the cabinets I purchased and I was not advised of the fact as the cabinets shown had all wood matching and what I got was mixed wood pieces. If I knew I would have upgraded to the better cabinets I was shown. The Installers of the cabinets and counter tops did very good work, I was very pleased. I had some hardware problems with drawers binding and not rolling smooth and a fold out drawer in front of the sink did not open and close freely and had to be pushed close. One call to Ms. Woody and the serviceman was sent out to fix the problems. He did a fair job on the drawers, although some still have slight binding points yet. He did not solve the fold out drawer and tried to tell me it was normal. I sent him packing and they sent out his boss who fixed it about 95%, it still does not work smoothly. Overall I would not do business again because of the deal on the cabinets wood.

THEY DESIGNED OUR KITCHEN AT NO EXTRA COST TO US. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT THERE WERE A FEW IMPERFECTIONS WITH THE INSTALLATION AND IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COVER THEM.
