We can also repair power windows in all vehicles if need be. Power exterior mirrors and assemblies are available as well. Windshield repairs are an alternative to replacement if repairable. Wow. I am not a review writer. But after my experience at Registers I had to pen a note. It is lost on most companies today the importance of exceeding the customer expectations. Registers has written the manual on excellence at the same time providing me with options for install, replacement and time.
I did not want to use one of the corporate glass companies as they look at you as an invoice number. Bill was kind, informative and careful to explain my options. A rarity in todays challenging business climate.
I ordered my replacement glass from an online Toyota dealer and had it sent to me. Bill even verified my part number to make sure I would be ordering the correct one, Who does that? Registers Glass does!
Bill quoted me a price of $150.00 to install, half of what the traditional glass companies wanted. I had it installed in less than 60 minutes and it was perfect. Bill charged a little less than quoted because it went in easier than anticipated. I had a rubber seal that Toyota told me I had to install with the back glass, it was not needed. I was able to send it back for a $75.00 credit.
What a pleasant experience, polished, professional, informative. I highly recommend this company, one of the few of a disappearing bread of the "good guys" in the business world!
This was a WONDERFUL experience. I came by for assessment of my car's problems and for an estimate of the cost. The appointment to complete the repair was made for the next morning. The work was done quickly and proficiently. The cost was great! I wish more businesses had the ethics and attention to detail that this shop exemplified. If I have glass needs in the future, I will definitely return to this shop. I will refer my friends to this vendor.
