I was very pleased with his work. I like that he doesn't charge a service fee; he only charges you if work is done. He's fast, he's personable, and he does a great job. I would definitely use him again. Also, he is licensed for his trade.

We have used him quite extensively. He is very responsive. He has reasonable rates. He is also a fixed-fee plumber with a rate chart. He will tell you the price of the job up-front, rather than charging by the hour.

I appreciate the fact he pointed out that Ihad mis-diagnosed the problem with the faucet. When he took the old one off, it was clear he was correct. There was a lot of corrosion where the body was leaking. I also like that he gave me the choice of buying a replacement myself. I might have found a cheaper faucet but a second visit would have eaten up the saving.

Discovered while looking to purchase a toilet on the web. He checked the price of the toilet I wanted with his local supplier and called back with a fair price. When I said okay he scheduled for next morning. Came when he said, finished in one hour. Furnished the new toilet and removed the old one. Careful not to track into house (it was wet outside).
