Kenneth was recommended to us by a family friend. We had called other companies, who tried to see us a new unit without even seeing our unit. Kenneth came on Sunday, since a tropical system was headed to the area on Monday. Kenneth assessed the system, went to get the needed part, and came back to do the repairs. Kenneth was very reasonable, honest, and has a no nonsense attitude! We highly recommend Kenneth, and will only have him come back to work on our heating and cooling systems!
