Nelson worked tirelessly to get my bathroom and bedroom redone. It looks great! He removes the popcorn from my bedroom ceiling and walls. He gutted my bathroom, re-sheetrocked, removed a wall to open it up, tiled and painted. Looks amazing! I will be hiring him for future projects.

Nelson committed on that day and time but did not show up. Also when I'm speaking with him to set up the time , he was busy trying to sell a product of his own to boost immune system. He was very unprofessional.

Nelson renovated our basement and did an excellent job. Very professional and personable. We found him and his team hardworking and reliable and the quality of his work is excellent. We highly recommend Redefined concepts. This is the second project he did for us and we would hire him again.

Nelson was great!

I noticed a leak downstairs in my living room and thought I only needed a pipe replaced and some drywall and paint. Turns out my garden tub upstairs cracked and leaked through. Nelson found the issue on the estimate and I decided to use him for both rooms. He removed and installed a new garden, jacuzzi tub, tiled and painted the bathroom walls and ceiling, fixed my grill register, fixed my downstairs ceiling , and the wall that was damaged there. I ended up with an amazing new bathroom, a lovely accent wall, and a ceiling fan that I had no idea was coming! He worked every day, even both weekend days to make sure to get the project done quickly. He was extremely reasonable, helped me with every step and everything I needed (shopping trips to Lowe's, picking up any extra things we needed). He never varied from the estimate, was prompt, extremely polite, and professional. I will be calling Nelson for any home job from now on-big or small!

Nelson was a true professional. He did an amazing job finishing the upper floor of our garage; drywalling, painting, putting in new flooring, and installing new stairs. Excellent communication whether it was a quote to add a quality finish, or when he noticed a necessary repair that was not part of my original ask. The final quality exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to having him do more work for us.

Nelson Gonzalez is a total professional. Once we decided Redefined Concepts was our choice, Nelson started our project the next morning and finished painting all 4 rooms. plus a drywall tape repair in a 5th room, in 4 days. He works quickly and does a very neat job. Our home was minimally disrupted and he kept all his painting supplies well organized. We enjoyed having him do the work; his attitude is great and he's a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use Redefined Concepts again when the need arises.

Nelson did a fantastic job. I can't really rate 5 one value for money because no other company contacted me back, so I've nolthjing to compare it to. That being said, I would not hesitate to hire Redefined Concepts again.

Nelson and Luis were the best ever. They came promptly, stayed late each day until the work was done and left everything clean. I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt Nelson was part of the family by the time the job was done. I recommend him highly.

I invited Nelson into my home to check on some cracks in the walls I was concerned about. We had not seen any cracks around the foundation or outside of my home and therefore he assured me it is just normal settling. With that being said I then hired him to do some outside work that I was also concerned about. He was professional on time and I felt that it was a good value for the price. A few weeks later I got hit with hail. I invited Mr. Nelson again out to my home to give me an estimate on a much larger project. New roof gutters downspouts windows replacement of any rotted trim or siding pieces caulking painting on the outside of the entire home. A very very large project in my opinion. It was handled professionally and rather quickly. The entire project took less than two weeks. I would recommend Mr. Nelson to family or friends.
