This is a great gym with something for everyone. I have not tried a class (as they are not for me) but they are always packed with people. I love the selection of cardio machines and weight training options and also being able to soak in the hot tub after a hard workout.

It is an amazing gym. It is homey. Everybody is friendly. People speak to me and call me by my first name. Every ethnic group goes there. I have seen people of every size, every age go there and I have seen a man and a woman there on a walker. Everybody is accepted. Everybody feels comfortable there. When I walk in, people greet me and speak to me. The managers and the cleaners speak to me and know me by my first name; to me that is just amazing. I am a retired nurse. I have seen pregnant women there who are expecting babies like in a week or two. They are very professional. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
