We recently had our roof replaced by RRE. Carter Garris was our contact, he was recommended by two of our neighbors one of whom is a residential home builder. Our initial contact with RRE was to obtain an estimate for replacing our 18-year-old roof. When Carter inspected the roof he noted storm damage (wind and hail) and suggested that our homeowner's insurance might pay for a portion of the replacement cost. Carter was onsite when the insurance adjuster arrived and highlighted the damage he had seen earlier. We did reach an agreement with the insurance company and RRE did replace the entire roof (3500 sq ft home) in a day and a half.

Josh was professional and very attentive. The roof looks great and was completed in one day. He kept me informed during the entire process. He coordinated the claim and payment with my insurance company which was very helpful for me. I would definitely recommend RRE to anyone needing a roof replaced.

The roof looks great! They took care of the headache of dealing with my insurance for me to have the roof replaced. At first my insurance denied me, then they changed their tune when RRE was involved. Josh did a great job coordinating the replacement. It took them a very long 2 days to replace the roof, but it looks great.

My experience with RRE was mostly positive. Prior to meeting with them, I had gotten quotes from four other roofing companies. RRE, Robbie Vrana specifically, was the only company who did the work and found wind and hail damage which entitled me to an insurance claim. I can't overstate how important that was for me. Robbie even helped me file the claim with my homeowner's insurance company and he was there when the adjuster made his inspection and determination. That was greatly appreciated. Their turnaround time was excellent and my beautiful new roof was completed very quickly. I had made an additional deal for them to repair some rotten fascia. Unfortunately, that's when the wheel came off the cart. The scope of work was not itemized and, silly me, assumed our deal would include all rotten fascia. There are two spots that RRE refused to repair to my great consternation. I have already recommended RRE which has led to one additional roof job for RRE and several more referrals. I will continue to do so but with the caveat to receive itemized quotes for additional work you might want them to do.

It was a pleasure to work with Ray and his crew. They were punctual, courteous, and informative throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the work and appreciate that they went the extra mile. Great experience overall.

I am extremely satisfied. They were able to juggle their schedule to fit me in quickly since my roof began leaking. The roof looks fabulous, the roofers were professional, and the cleanup was perfect.

Our experience with RRE was great. We Love how our home looks now! Each crew that came to our home were hard workers and respectful of our property. We had ceilings sprayed & walls touched up. The painters even sang as they worked ;-) we plan on painting interior walls in the future & will definitely be calling them. Carter and Ray Garris the owners were contacted. Carter looked at the problem and gave us an estimate and the work was completed within the time frame that we agreed on. Carter checked on the crew regularly and let us know of problems or changes that came about throughout the day as there was more plywood damage because of the way the boards had been laid out. All pipes were sleeved and repairs made with high quality materials so that we will not have this problem again. It was a pleasure to work with these owners. They are reputable, very professional and honest, punctual, fair priced, friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend them for any roofing work you need done.
