Ted and his team were fantastic to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the service that we received and the cabinets that we purchased. When I evaluate a company or service I start off with 100 points and then deduct points as issues arise. A few issues did occur with the cabinet installation but they were literately corrected the same day that I mentioned them. And they went out of their way to get it corrected. I truly felt that Ted and his crew want their customers to be satisfied. Demolition and installation was quick and easy and they were good at cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. And because they corrected issues that I had I gave the points back so I am now 100% satisfied.

The project went very smooth and the outcome was perfect. The cabinets look fantastic and I am not battling with my wife as she wants to redo our main kitchen.

We had the new kitchen cabinets installed in January... a phenomenal company! We were going to paint the cabinets but decided to reface them. We got an estimate from another company for refacing (and minor cabinet modification) at about $11,000. We looked around and found Raleigh Premium Cabinets and had them come out. For $9,100, we got incredibly high quality cabinets with soft close drawers and doors and a new kitchen layout that works far better than the old! Both Ted (owner) and Dave (installer) were phenomenal in helping us design the layout and finishing the work. There was another great installer, but I can't remember his name. I had a minor issue a few days ago - Dave came out (one hour for him to get to my house!) and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Outstanding customer service!!!

From beginning to end this was a high quality, stress-free, install. David and Louis--the installers-- worked hard, with efficiency and precision. I never fully realized how much building/installing cabinets was both an art and a craft, but David and Louis are true craftsmen. Tip: make sure you have electricians, plumbers, appliance installers, and countertop installers lined up and staged in the right order. After the cabinets go in, you still have much more to do!

Found Ted while searching for contractors to redo my cabinets. Ted’s prices came in at %60 of what I was quoted for similar cabinets. He doesn’t have the selection of other companies, but he has a reasonable selection of quality cabinets. Installation was timely and when I had a small issue, was fixed immediately. More importantly, Ted was invaluable at providing me with contacts for the other parts of my kitchen renovation. Ted Frazier and Raleigh Premium Cabinets were fantastic! Ted was always available to answer questions, the cabinets were high quality, and the prices could not be beat. Ted was professional, knowledgeable and accessible. He answered his phone 90% of the time and the few time that I had to leave a message, he promptly called back. (He even returned a call while on vacation in Costa Rica!) Our kitchen cabinets from Raleigh Premium Cabinets are a beautiful dark cherry stain. They are high quality with solid wood doors and drawers, thick plywood boxes (not particle board), and soft close doors and drawers. Danny is a true craftsman and he installed our cabinets quickly and precisely. Raleigh Premium Cabinet's prices were lower than everyone else's for such a high quality product. We cannot say enough good things about Raleigh Premium Cabinets. They were the best part of our kitchen remodel. We highly recommend them and we will definitely use them in the future.

Character and Integrity are fundamental values that you recognize when you see them. From start to finish, Ted Frazier and David Reyna exemplified those values in their business approach, personal interaction and customer service. Although Raleigh Premium Cabinets may not have the largest selection, the value and quality of what they offer far exceeds their competition. The only mistake we made on our entire kitchen remodeling project was not contacting RPC first. My wife is ecstatic with the cabinets from RPC. Outstanding job. That's all that needs to be said.

We were one of Ted's first clients and were impressed with the quality of cabinets, Ted's design skills, pricing and quality of installation. We have ALWAYS used Ted since then for all of our personal renovations and investment properties. The current project was installing laundry cabinets for our newly constructed home. The cabinets we got from Ted were far superior to what the builder offered (and they consider themselves a luxury builder) and half the price. Dave Reyna who has also installed most of our cabinets did his usual exceptionally good work. Bottom line this is the only place to go for cabinets. I highly recommend them.

If you're remodeling your kitchen or making a new one, go with Raleigh Premium Cabinets, Ted Frazer and his team Dave and Adam. You will save time, money and frustration AND get a beautiful, high quality product and topnotch service. When we bought our house, we realized it needed a complete kitchen renovation: going down to the walls and removing floor, then reorganizing the space to maximize counter space and storage and re-creating a modern, functional kitchen. We received a quote from one “recommended” contractor that was much higher than we anticipated or could afford. Since we were new to the area, we then consulted Angie’s List to identify remodelers and other crafts people. Among the possibilities was Raleigh Premium Cabinets, with whom we decided to go after reading all the accolades. We also used Ted's recommendation for quartz counter tops and back splash (NCO Custom Marble and Granite). This was also a great experience. We first met with Ted Frazer, the owner, at his showroom in Raleigh, with a detailed floor plan and measurements. The selection, while not infinite, includes all the major styles and wood types, all of which are high quality. Ted is low key, knowledgeable and very helpful. He does not pressure or try to sell “upgrades” but rather is very pragmatic about what is and isn’t worth the cost. We described our style and goals and Ted came up with a tentative plan. He then came on site to verify and of course, some issues came up that were quickly sorted. This included designing a custom microwave/wine bottle cabinet, which is now a unique, visual focal point in the kitchen, which was constructed by Dave, who is a very creative cabinetmaker. They stripped the kitchen down to the walls, including cabinets and the old appliances, which they also disposed of, either by selling or donating. They also did a great clean up job. We had new wood floors installed and they were very careful in with them. We purchased 21 natural shaker style cabinets with full overlay, raised panel, solid wood, shaker doors, including 42-inch high upper cabinets. These cabinets are solid wood construction on all sides, with full extension, dovetailed, soft close drawers. They created a 4-cabinet island, which would have a breakfast bar with seating, once the top went on. To maximize storage, we had a 10-foot wall of pantry cabinets installed along one wall [with 20 extra shelves]. At first we had some concern that it might be TOO much wood, but this is awesome visually [see photo] and functionally. People are very impressed when they see it, and the whole kitchen actually, including a designer friend of ours. Dave also did a fantastic job with the trim work around the kitchen, creating a truly custom look. Dave added beautiful subtle detailing to match our desired simple lines to go with the shaker style. All the end cabinets and the back of the island received finished end panels and simple molding on the exposed sides. The upper cabinets and pantries received crown molding. They also installed 51 knobs. Dave made the custom cabinet with wine cabinets on either side for the microwave to be underneath. We had a hiccup with our under-counter oven and its cabinet. The cabinet floor had to be dropped to enable sufficient clearance for the gas valve for the gas cook top above. Dave did a great job in accomplishing this. They really pay great attention to detail and definitely take pride in their work. They are only too happy to remedy any issues to ensure you are happy with the final product and we are.

I recently decided to remodel my kitchen and powder room.  My first step was to check with Angie's List for recommendations.  I decided to go with Raleigh Premium Cabinets and I'm so glad I did.  I didn't have a clue what I was doing.  Not only does the company have quality cabinets, Ted, the owner, is wonderful.  He gave me a list of people that he recommends to do all of the other services for kitchen remodeling: from granite installation, to electricians, to painters, to hardwood floor installation, and to tile backsplash installation.  He also worked with me on a timeframe of when to contract for these various services.  Adam, the person who actually installs the cabinets and his boss Dave were also great to work with.  Both Adam and Dave are good carpenters and could tweek any cabinets that didn't quite fit into my old kitchen.  I highly recommend Raleigh Premium Cabinets. 

Ted, David, and Adam were very responsive and punctual.  Ted listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it done.  Ted's cabinets were better quality than the most I have seen. He did exactly what I had asked for.  David and Adam the all the removal of the old cabinets, back splash, and the sink.  They cleaned at the end of the day till the job was done. Very professional and easy to work with.  I wish all my work around the house is as easy as working with these guys!

We were able to quickly make an appointment at the showroom. Once there, Ted helped us decide on a style and candidly explained the pluses and minuses of the style we selected.
Then Ted helped us with the layout of the cabinets and actually recommended that we cut back on the number of cabinets that we had been thinking of (a good recommendation, by the way).
Once ordered, the cabinets arrived in excellent condition exactly when we requested them.
Let's see, a nice guy who knows his business and delivers a quality product on schedule and at a reasonable price. That about covers it!

After a very frustrating experience with Home Depot and another cabinet company, we signed up for Angie's List.  We looked over the many reviews of cabinet companies. We decided to look at three top rated cabinet sources.  After speaking to and visiting all three, we were most impressed with Ted at Raleigh Premium.  He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of our budget.  Ted repeatedly communicated with me to answer my questions or to confirm appointments.  He was also very prompt with appointments.  He made excellent recommendations to maximize organization and design.  We chose a beautiful cream colored cabinet with a glaze.  Ted recommended a complimentary dark walnut tone island.  PERFECT!  I love our new cabinets!  The island is my favorite!  The cabinets are soft close, solid plywood construction , and in keeping with our style.  And at a very affordable price.  Home Depot was ridiculous in price and very lacking in service!  They never quoted an estimate for instillation!
The installer, David, was excellent!  He was prompt and worked hard to get the cabinets installed quickly. His craftsmanship is very evident! 
I would highly recommend using Raleigh Premium Cabinets!

More than 18 months ago, I started to research and visit kitchen showrooms for ideas to remodel my small kitchen.  I spent many, many evenings on the internet, "interviewed" contractors and kitchen designers, talked to friends and co-workers who had done renovations and finally reached agreement on a budget with my husband (the toughest part!).  About 7 months into the process, I discovered a website for Raleigh Premium Cabinets and read all the positive reviews.  I made an appointment with Ted, the owner, and after the first meeting, I knew I didn't need to look any further.  His cabinet selection wasn't extensive, which is exactly what I needed (too many options overwhelm me!).  I immediately found the style and color I wanted (which I later changed when a new color was added to the Shaker cabinet option).  Over the next few months, Ted came out to the house several times, giving me great design ideas, offering his opinion on where I could save money to stay within our budget, telling me when he knew things I wanted wouldn't fit into the size of the kitchen, giving me various options for cabinet placement, measuring and re-measuring areas to maximize storage and answering LOTS of questions -- while never appearing to lose his patience with my indecisiveness.
Once the cabinets were ordered, Ted sent David and Adam to do the installation.  I couldn't be more pleased with their precise workmanship, clean-up and their overall personable service.  On the second day of installation, when they had added half of the cabinet pulls, I told them I wasn't sure I liked where they had placed them on the doors. Without any hesitation, David offered to pay for, and replace, ALL of the cabinet doors if I wanted the pulls changed after "living with them" a couple of weeks.  He and Adam also, at no charge to me, built and installed a shelving unit for my odd-shaped pantry that was already there.  That kind of customer service is second to none! Ted and his installers are the BEST!  (And by the way, Dave and Adam knew what they were doing when they installed the pulls - they look great!).
Ted had also suggested that I visit NCO to see their countertop selections and I ended up getting a beautiful piece of granite from them for a very good price.
If you're remodeling your kitchen or building a home, start with Ted and Raleigh Premium Cabinets.  My guess is that you'll save both time and money and I guarantee you won't find better service.

Ted is so easy to work with on a project. We went into his showroom to see the color and style options for our master bath remodel (by the way we used these same brand cabinets in our kitchen remodel 6 years ago and they have held up well). We had a simple layout and knew the sizes of cabinets we would need. Ted drew the layout and quoted us a price right there and then and we paid our deposit. Our cabinets were available when our project was ready to start, no issues to speak of. 
Our contractor installed the cabinets. He had been a cabinet installer before working as a contractor so we knew there would be no issues. 
Ted prefers his guys install the cabinets and I can understand why...none of the walls were straight in our bathroom and it takes a skilled installer to ensure the cabinets are installed properly. 
The quality of the cabinets is superb: dovetailed joints, all plywood construction, hardwood fronts, and soft-close hinges. 
We would not hesitate to use Ted again!

Ted is outstanding! The cabinets were designed and manufactured locally so that they could be installed in less than 2 weeks. The team that installed the cabinets were very professional and detailed down to 1/16 of an inch. We are thrilled with the design, installation, and overall value of the purchase from Raleigh Premium Cabinets to highly recommend them. We have received numerous compliments on the cabinets design and functionality (including out insurance company).
As a side note: We made 3 comparison cabinet proposals (for insurance) and the prices were at least $1,500 more and the time for installation would be 5-8 weeks out (minimum). You may choose to get several bids like us, but as time and budget saver you should place Raleigh Premium Cabinets on your top list for the best overall plan.

Ted was very responsive and provided great design services (including politely telling us that our original ideas would probably not work well).  He listened to our budget and goals for our kitchen and did not pressure us into buying something that we couldn't afford.  
Upon delivery of the cabinets, Ted discovered a problem with our cabinets from the manufacturer (the manufacturer had changed processes so the stain on 1/3 of our cabinets did not match).  Because our old kitchen cabinets had already been removed and it was going to take several weeks to get all of the cabinets that matched, we decided to install the cabinets that Ted had on hand.  Ted then came back and had new cabinet doors installed so that all of the cabinets matched.  Ted went to great lengths to fix a problem that was created by the manufacturer.  Our kitchen and bathroom cabinets look great.

I had looked at and begun the process of selecting kitchen cabinetry at a big box store and did not feel good about it. I searched Angie's List for a recommended supplier and found Raleigh Premium Cabinets that had a long list of satisfied customers and decided to investigate. We found Ted Fraser available and found that after seeing his products that we would work with him. He assured us that once the project began that he would be finished in 2 weeks time. The price for the cabinets was a few thousand dollars less than those of poorer quality at the big box store. Indeed, the cabinets were taken down on Monday and the new ones were installed by Thursday.. Giovanni arrived each day bright and early and worked steadily until 6. He was thoroughly professional in his demeanor, respectful of us and of our home, and a skilled craftsman in his work. When asked, he offered suggestions and guided me in the selection of hardware and in the ultimate placement of cabinetry making the process far more streamlined than if I had been left to my own devices. Each day Ted stopped by to check the progress of the installation and offer whatever assistance necessary. I felt that he had a good handle on the project which in turn gave us peace of mind. Ted was knowledgable, patient, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to 2 other potential customers and I would highly recommend Raleigh Premium Cabinets to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. I failed to mention the quality of the cabinets. One of our appliance installers had been a cabinet maker and voluntarily commentated on the thickness of the cabinets and of how well they were constructed. What Is important to me is the integrity of the construction, and I do believe that what we have fulfills that quality well. There are a couple of tweeks yet to be done and I will report on these after they are done. All in all I do not believe that you could do better than to do business with Ted.
