Raleigh Plumbing & Heating worked patiently with us to figure out multiple problems with our tankless hot water heater and even got us a brand new unit from Navian when it became clear we had a dud. Dan and Eduardo were great - professional, conscientious, on-time, caring, patient -- and good plumbers, too. Will definitely call them again.

I had two "running" toilets. One plumber told me he would give me a deal on replacing both of my toilets--$500 a piece. My toilets are only 12 years old and I knew I just needed some inexpensive parts replaced. Raleigh Plumbing and Heating just replaced the parts in my toilet and did not try to upsell. The technician and the gentleman with whom I spoke were polite and helpful! Thank you!

RPH was able to fix my problem quickly and inexpensively that another well known plumber in town told me would take minor demolition.!

I was offered a quality selection and felt the price was very reasonable for the professional replacement of shower/tub hardware (Moen) on short notice. Couldn't have been happier with the sales and back office activities as well. My new plumber!

Fixed Water Heater: This company is affordable and good a what they do. The rep over the phone was awesome & made it a very easy process. The technician came out and did a wonderful job. I didn'tt realize that they didn;t take credit cards thru the tech so they ended up billing me and I was able to call in and make my payment with out any problem. So they actually worked with me on that. So with that said, YES I would surly use them again. Great quality work and customer service from the office to the technician.

Do not use this company. First, they lied to me for free estimation then charged me anyway. Then they only did 5 minutes caulking work charged me total $179. We have been tricked and robbed.
