They did the oil change and replaced the serpentine belt but said I needed to replace the tensioner and 3 pullies as well. The cost went from about $200 to over $500. The first time I drove the car from my house to my boat and return, the car spewed antifreeze out and overheated. I had to get towed home. There was a radiator hose completely loose from the radiator. When I returned to Raleigh Car Care the next day, Bruce claimed they did nothing wrong and it was just a coincidence that the hose right next to where they were working came off. Not only am I out $500+ for the services but I am also out $52 for towing and $30 for antifreeze. None of which Raleigh Car Care would pay. Nor would they make any adjustment of my bill.

I'd give them "A" for everything. They were excellent. They gave me an estimate before I took the car and the actually price wound up being $100 less than the estimate which is so rare with an auto place, usually it's the other way around. They gave me an estimate of around $300 and it wound up being $200. They told me it didn't take them as long as they thought it would. I couldn't beleive. They could've charged me $300, I wouldn't have know the difference cause I agreed to that when I took it in.

They are excellent. I have used them for years. That is why I keep going back to them. I do not think they are the cheapest, but they have good quality.

Dropped my 2001 Chevy Silverado off before they opened (without an appointment) with a note to replace the fuel pump which I provided. Bill called me as soon as they opened to confirm exactly what I wanted. Around lunch time Bill called to say my vehicle was ready. Can't beat service like that.

They have done work on my car. If anything goes wrong, they stand behind the work.

Excellent service and communication. Everything went exactly as described. Could not be happier with my old vehicle that has been given new years of service. Will be using Raleigh Car Care for all my automobile service. I would use them without any reservations at all.

It went find. Bill told me what he thought the problem was, based on symptoms - which was basically what I thought it would be. He told me the cost and when it would be ready. He was accurate on both, which was what I expected. RCC has been doing my normal servicing for years with no problems.
