RAINBOW UPHOLSTRY

We are very happy with the work of Rainbow Uphostery to recover our beloved sofa and chair! Chuck Bullock was very pleasant and responsive throughout the process. The workmanship is high quality and the cost is reasonable. The final result exceeded our expectations---we highly recommend Rainbow Uphostery!

I have used Chuck and his team for several pieces. They are simply great.

At our first visit, Carla was extremely helpful in making our fabric decision. She was careful in explaining the fabric we liked was not a durable upholstery fabric but with the proviso of no hard use, dogs or children and matching difficulties with the pattern, we felt comfortable with our choice for our taste and budget. Rainbow did not mind that we purchased our fabric from another source. Now to the great stuff. The work on the sofa exceeded our expectations. The layout of the pattern was well thought out and matched really well. The matching toss pillows were well made, firmly pliant. The speed of the work once it was picked up was remarkable. From Tuesday to finished and delivered on Friday. Now we did have about a month before Rainbow took the sofa. What we liked is they pick the furniture when they are ready to work on it. There is not a sofa missing from the house for 5 weeks, for example. We thought the pricing was very fair for the work.

The folks at Rainbow helped me through the entire process.  They guided my decision in the fabric, and confirmed my ideas would either turn out well or suggested I rethink some things.  
       
Thank goodness when the trim (tassels, rope, fringe) came, Carla saw it was not a good fit color-wise to the fabric I had chosen.  Instead of just going ahead with the project (which they could have done...I had chosen and finalized everything)...luckily she gave me a call and said she thought the color of the trim could be a problem.  She managed to return my original order (and I know this is not always possible, but in this case it worked out...yay! no cost to me) and helped me select something that would be better.  
As it turned out, her recommendation was spot on and the result could not have been more beautiful.  We went from the original gold colored trim to an antique white trim (gold highlights) that is much prettier and at a better price!  
It was just delivered today and I can't believe how beautiful it is!  The pictures do not do it justice.  My taste is not typical, but they were able to figure out what I like and show me things that would fit my style.  
The actual upholstery work is tight and exact....no corners are cut.  This is the third piece I've worked with Chuck and Carla on, and they have delivered beautiful furniture every time!  I love that there is as much detail and interest in the back as well as the front of each sofa.

Every step of the way went smoothly, from returning my call, to making suggestions for ways to modernize, providing an estimate, keeping me informed about the process and finally delivering a fabulous new/old couch. Fantastic job!

WE WERE IN A REAL CRUNCH BEFORE A WEDDING AND HAD TO HAVE THESE CHAIRS DONE. THEY TOOK THE TIME OUT OF THEIR SCHEDULE TO FIT US IN AND GOT THE CHAIRS DONE, AND THEY LOOK GREAT.
