David arrived on-time on the day and time of the appointment. Gave a 30 minute advance call. Was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Did very good work, and had the parts needed with him on the first visit. I would use this service again.

The service went well. they were really professional and good to work with.

It was through my home-owner's warranty, so I had to pay a $100.00 service fee.

Called Tuesday and told Steve I would only be available thursday am and Friday am he called back and scheduled with me for a time I was available. Told me the name of technician I should expect, Ryan. I like this because I don't like letting strangers in my house that I did not invite. Ryan called at 8 am to say he was 15 mins away. This gave me time to be sure I was up and dog was put in kennel. He was clean cut, courteous, professional, and on time. Gave me an estimate before he started work. Found additional belts that needed changing and did not change price. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. Even cleaned out the aforementioned fins that made noise when the drum turned on my request. Very well done.

The customer service was awesome! They were amazing. I cannot begin to tell you how great they were! They even called to let us know what was going on; they clarified everything and were honest with us even if it was losing them money. They stayed on the phone with us educating me on brands I should look into.

Steve showed up on time, was knowlegable about the problem and quickly diagnosed the issue. He also checked out other parts that have been known to cause the same leaking water problem to make sure the correct problem was identified. He replaced the old, plastic tubing used to move water to the ice maker then thoroughly tested the system after replacing the tubing to ensure the problem was fixed. I would hihgly recommend him and will definitely call him again for appliance repair.

Right as we were leaving for XMAS vacation our dryer stopped drying. When we returned we contacted Quality Appliance Service to take a look at the dryer and replace whatever needed to be fixed to get us drying again. The service man called in advance of arriving so that we could meet him (we didn't have to wait for the typical "window of death") at the house. He took an interest in what happened prior to the dryer losing heat. He quickly got into the guts of the dryer and found the issue - and was prepared with the replacement parts and was in and out of repair in about 15 minutes flat! He then took a look behind the washer/dryer and gave suggestions about the best way to care for them and ways to avoid some basic issues and that would help in the longevity of the appliances. The most profound outcome was that he strongly suggested we upgrade our heater vent pipe to the smooth walled meta (more to code). He had covered his shoes with covers and removed them when he left - amazing overall experience (and fairly priced).

Epilogue: When we finally got to a weekend when we could do the vent replacement, we discovered that the pipe had gotten blocked beyond the reach of most tools and took the opportunity to replace the whole length of pipe. Now our dryer dries our clothes in record time - we went from about 40-60 minutes to dry clothes to probably 20-30 minutes. Wow! We have recommended Quality Appliance many times since they were here.
