overall it went well, showed up when scheduled. had to spedn more time than he had estimated but he got it done--rain and all.

I called them up for an estimate, they came out on time, estimate was recieved within two days. We called back and set a time for install. They came back two weeks later and installed the unit. It works great. There were no surprises or additional charges!!
