Work crews and work were quite satisfactory! NO complaint. Price was very fair for the size of our homes and being built on the side of a hill. Showed up on time as planned and concluded on time even allowing for having to re-do part of 3 of the houses.
The total lack of communication between the Project Foreman and the Office and hence the owners was totally unsatisfactory and greatly frustrating. The Foreman refused to use E-Mail for anything and did not document what he had committed to for the project. I had arranged for 8 houses to be done at a fixed price.
I documented every contact and schedule and he showed up at the wrong house at the wrong time. Very unprofessional.
As noted above. Very satisfied with the work. Unsatisfied with the process.
