24 Emergency service min $200 We are your flexible and affordable remodeling and repair specialist with professional qualified craftsman ready for any large, small, or challenging project from floor joist to roof and everything in between. We work with our customers at any phase of a project whether it be you giving up right in the middle of a project, maybe you've decided you need a more qualified craftsman, or you may just want the job done partial and you finish the rest. We use the economical approach for every project unless told otherwise. We offer free estimates. There is a minimum $75 service fee for after hour emergency calls. We are certified in lead safe work practices, Recognized by Safety Services Co for being safety minded contractors, NARI members. References are available upon request.

We are licensed general contractors/builders. Our work ranges from home additions to an entire custom home built. We also welcome any kind of carpentry and handyman projects you need done around your home. Your first initial consultation is free. We accept all major credit cards and we offer financing options.

It went pretty well. In any circumstance such as having work done on your home, you need to keep an eye on the work as it progresses to make sure they are completing the work as you envisioned. Mark was very professional and responsive and he has talented craftsman working for him. The language barrier with the workman was challenging at times, but the gentleman who did the mud work on the walls did an amazing job! Because I was adding a wall to fill in between two existing walls, there was an area where the two existing walls didn't meet as well as one would have hoped. But to look at that new wall now, you would never know how uneven the walls were to start with. The painter did a great job as well as did the gentleman who did the wood work. This was a small and challenging job, but they showed up when they said they would and they completed it within the time they said it would take. I would use Production Construction again.

Amazingly well. As soon as the windows came in, they were here to install them... they and their crew members were here for just over two weeks working full days, passed every inspection, and did excellent work. Their crew worked hard, were very nice, and professional... the work was monitored for best results and there was two way communication throughout the process. We just can't say enough wonderful things about what these great folks did for us. And we would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors and we would hire them AGAIN for additional work. Thank you Des, and Mark, and TEAM, we appreciated you work and enjoyed spending time with you all. Our cat, Gypsy Rose, loves the new sunroom... See pics below.

The guys were very friendly and able to work around my schedule. They helped with a very complicated layout and assisted laying new subfloor and stud walls. My project went longer than the 40 hours provided by the big deal and I received a very reasonable rate for the additional hours I needed. The best part is Mark made sure I was happy with their work and overall service. I have a few smaller projects that I will look to use Production Construction again.

This company did a great, awesome job for me. Mark Garrett did a great job. He did about 3 days of work in one day. He completed many different projects in several different parts of the home. Mark had a great personality and really went above and beyond. It was a great deal for me. Mark came back and finished off the some work that he could not complete due to rain and being very close to a holiday. Mark also did a great job of understanding what was needed on each project. My skills are limited and he was able to take a very bad description of several projects and complete these projects with perfection. Several months later, all of Mark's work still looks great and works perfectly. Amazing work!!! Thank You.

The handyman that provided the service arrived promptly. He was able to complete all repairs with no problems. He was very knowledgeable and quick in making the necessary repairs. He was also very curtious and customer oriented. The cost of the repairs that were done was a real deal. I highly recommend this company.
