Premier Property Services consists of the owner and 4 full-time employees. All work is performed by Premier Property Services employees. We do not subcontract. Each job is billed upon completion. In addition to cash or check, we accept all major credit cards. Estimates are always free and satisfaction is guaranteed. In addition to servicing a large residential customer base, Premier also has a substantial commercial clientele, which includes gutter cleaning and pressure washing many apartment complexes and townhome communities in the triangle area and beyond. We look forward to earning your business and providing you with quality service you can rely on!

Let me put it this way: Our house looks like it has a fresh, white coat of paint on it! They did a GREAT job! The bricks (which are painted) look like they have been re-painted!! The vinyl siding, looks brand new! I could not be happier.
I would highly recommend this company. They came on time. Did a fantastic job and left! If I could afford it, I would actually have this done every 3 months! Even if it didn't need it that often. LOL! But, considering what a good job they did, I may have this done yearly and I know exactly who we will be calling, when the time comes: Premier! Thanks, Premier!
