Precision Home Inspection

The list of oversights turned out to be extremely costly. About a half dozen items failed to make the list costing me a lot more than the inspection. I emailed them about my disappointment and never heard back. It does not seem that they cared.

Had these guys do my home inspection in July. They were thorough and very detailed would use them again.

We used Precision Home Inspection for our home purchase. This was our 3rd home purchase and one of the best inspections we've had. The report was very well written and organized with plenty of pictures to illustrate the conditions. I really liked that the report summary itemized all the suggested corrective actions in order of priority (high-med-low). This was really helpful in negotiations with the sellers on repairs. We had the septic and well inspected as well along with water testing. Precision's team made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We live out of state and were impressed with the responsiveness we received both by email and phone. Gavin and Wendy are both courteous, professional, and accessible. We're writing a contract for one of the properties Gavin inspected for us (he looked at two), and the inspection report has played a key role in helping us negotiate the final sales price. The inspection seems a little pricey, but it's worth the money considering the investment we're about to make.
