We met Andrew in February of 2012 to look at a lot he was selling. We were able to select a plan or create our own. We chose to modify an existing plan. Andrew was always conscience of the quality his subs did and of the products he uses in the construction process. He put a 6 month contract to finish the house and finished 2 days later. That's much better than what most builders do.
Andrew uses high quality materials in his homes: Andersen windows, Jeld-Wen doors, CertainTeed shingles, and much more. His attention to detail is impeccable. While most builders put in wood steps in the garage, Andrew puts in brick steps. He even insulated, drywalled, painted and trimmed the garage. Tankless water heater standard. We needed to close by November 2nd, so Andrew did what he had to do to finish the house and get it ready for us to move in. Keeping us posted the entire way.
There was a hitch at closing where the lawyer needed signatures from all of the subcontractors stating they got paid by Andrew. This was a last minute hiccup, but Andrew got 30 signatures in less than 24 hours. Most small builders would've taken weeks, but Andrew got it done and we were able to close on time. KUDOS!
I can't wait to have the funds to finish off our attic so we can work with Andrew again.
