The inspector was very professional, on time, efficient and well priced. The report was sent the same day with the repairs needed marked in red and also everything backed up by very clear pictures.

Guilbert Barnhill did the inspection of my home per recommendation of my real estate agent. I was a bit hesitant at first since I didn't know if he would have my best interests in mind or closing the deal. However, I was overwhelmingly pleased with his inspection. It was extremely thorough, and the report I received was detailed and clear. He noticed a lot of details and minor things wrong with the house, and even pointed out some items that weren't necessarily a problem now, but might be down the road. I would definitely recommend Pillar to Post for home inspections.

Did a VERY thorough job. Unlike some inspectors who don't find any mistakes and thus making the real estate agent happy, he did find some. He spent 3 hours on a 1200 square foot home and looked at everything. Got an instant report as he has a digital camera and printer with him.
