Excellent.Phil's Hardwoods were absolutely top notch. I had multiple contractors bid on doing new install upstairs, refinishing stairs, and downstairs. Phil's prices were reasonable, and more importantly than anything, he didn't try to charge too much up front. In fact, he charged nothing until the job was complete and I was 100% satisfied. Much different than Lee's Hardwoods who steadfastly stuck to a 50% up front payment and would not negotiate. Phil's team were polite, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. They taped up cabinets and shelves, etc. to limit dust. The floors have never looked better! Thank you Phil!
