PESTPROS TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Pestpros Termite & Pest Control  are very good and reliable. They have a good attitude and are always on time. I have been using them for the past 4 years and I will continue using them.

After using them religiously for 5 years, they hounded us in February and May -- even calling us on a Sunday -- to schedule service. We said we weren't interested and didn't have the funds at the time. When my husband called recently to schedule an appointment they didn't return his call. He called back 3 more times to try to make an appointment. Instead of answering the phone or returning my husband's call, today we received a letter stating that we were dropped because we didn't schedule service in February and May. They state it is their policy to automatically cancel accounts that have missed two services. They state that they could start our service back but not for inside service, only for outside service.

I have used Pest Pros for several years now. They are very pleasant to work with, and they always do a good job. One time, I had ants in my bathroom between regular service visits. They came out and found the nest, taking care of it; at no extra charge. I highly recommend Pest Pros.

LEE IS A SUPER NICE GUY. HE COMES TO OUR HOME EVERY THREE MONTHS AND WILL SHOW UP BEFORE THAT IF WE FIND ANY BUGS, AND THAT WOULD BE FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I USED TO TRY TO DO IT MYSELF BUT THEY HAVE BETTER CHEMICALS.
