He did good work at a fair price. He was very punctual always showing up when he said he would.

Bill and Dennis did a great job replacing rotten siding on the back of the house. In the process, they discovered problems with the chimney. Bill showed me everything and explained the options. They were both terrific to work with and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. They were true to both the time and money estimate they gave me. They went above and beyond. Most importantly, they were kind and careful with my older, half-feral cat and made sure that her ramp and cat door were back in place each day. There have been no problems with their work. I will definitely call them if I need more work done.

Dennis Person came to my home and measured fireplace hearth and wall in order to create an estimate. He informed me of fire codes that would prevent one design and recommended another. He also recommended chair rail styles via e-mail from which I selected my choice which he ordered. He communicated with the tile supplier after I had selected the desired slate. He purchased and picked up the slate. He placed leveling cement in hearth, a subcontractor cut to specifications and placed the slate in the hearth and added a sealant. Next day Dennis added grout. Installed shelves when materials arrived. Dennis' cost estimates are accurate as are added work orders during projects. Dennis communicates well, is reliable and insists on cleaning up daily during projects so as not to inconvenience the homeowner. I strongly recommend Person Construction for any size or degree of difficulty project for a residence or business. All 5 projects completed on my house have passed the test of time with a high level of customer satisfaction.
