About us
Pernell Construction was established in 2002, when I decided to take the skills I had learned from generations past and branch out on my own to establish my own family business. Since this I have built a reputation on quality, character, and craftsmanship. I have solely relied on referrals and word of mouth as my primary advertisement. In October 2005 I married my wife Heather, who manages the office, advertisement, home staging, home organization and decorating. Our goal together is to build this business with the integrity that we can proudly pass down to generations to come. And have a name that we can stand behind. A date was set to proceed with the project.
1st day
They arrived on time and covered the entire floor with protective material.
Proceeded with removing false beams and making sure all measurements and layout of the project were correct.
2nd day
They arrived with material and painted all boards with Kilz primer.
Started installation and completed 1/2 of the coverage.
3rd day
Completed installation of boards and trim.
4th day
Their painter arrived. Caulked and brushed on 2 coats of paint. Completed the job this day.
5th day
Mycah came for final inspection and installed the lights and fan. And cleaned up all remaining mess.
We were totally satisfied with the work. Mycah and Heather are good, honest folks to do business with.
On a scale of 1 to 10, we would definitely rate them a 10!
