 + -1 moreCayce Connell at Perennial Mortgage Group helps with all aspects of the loan process. She helped fill out the loan application, arranged for the appraisal and got loan approval within a week after the appraisal. There were no closing costs and the whole process took about two weeks. Every other lender I have used for a mortgage loan has not helped with the application and the process has taken months to complete.
Description of Work: Cayce Connell at Perennial Mortgage Group arranged for a no closing cost mortgage at an excellent interest rate.

We were moving from Michigan so everything was handled on the phone or through over night delivery. I would definitely call Cayce for any future financing needs!
