Although the job had a few challenges Mark made it work and got the job done in a very timely manner.

He was fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable, and one of the best service people I have ever had. We need more like him. Would highly recommend and will contact if I have any other problem. I had a bad experience recently with a service person (not one of yours) so my comments are true and sincere.

Mark responded quickly to my initial phone call. He had availability during the required timeframe. The day prior to performing the work, he checked to see that we were still on. He came on time. He was very cordial and professional. He completed the work beautifully and remarkably fast. He cleaned up after himself with a Shop Vac. We were very pleased with his work and recommend him highly.

Working with Mark was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. He was very communicative, punctual and his attention to detail was awesome. The quality of work is first class and not once did he ever say (that is going to cost more money) because we made a small change. I would highly recommend People's to anyone. Mark gave us a free estimate, scheduled the work, confirmed the day before, and was right on time the next morning. When he left, there was NO mess. Most importantly, the results were perfect. Every edge, each door, and every surface looks fantastic! There were a few projects around the house that we did not have the time, tools, or talent to do correctly, and it’s so nice to see them completed! He is honest and professional, and we will definitely call him again.

Mark did a great job and also provided some valuable advice on some electrical problems we are having. He also gave us his electrician and painter contacts.

Mark did a great job!  He is very friendly and accommodating.  Although he ran into some limitations with one of the windows (not his fault), he was able to improvise and make it blend with the others.  I will definitely use him for other jobs and I highly recommend him.  He is very honest and trustworthy.

We are retired, and it is hard to get someone dependable to do small jobs.

Mark came out when he said he would and looked at the siding outside in a pouring rain.  He called me twice after he left that day, making sure that we were happy with the siding he had found.  I had an estimate by the end of the day, and we scheduled for the coming week.

On the day of the repairs, he actually arrived early, as there was a chance of rain in the afternoon,  He and his helper let us know when they were leaving to go get matching paint, and they worked **** ** a hot, humid day.

I am impressed by Mark's professionalism and attention to detail. He was very concerned about not tracking anything into my house. I have been in this area since 1974, and he is one of the very best people I have had working on our house.

We would certainly call him again.

Mark did all the work in one day. He was very efficient with his time and everything he did looks great. We have already set another appointment for him to come do some more work for us. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Starting with the bathroom, he fixed a mirrored vanity that had come off of the cabinet. Two other handymen told me I needed to buy a new recessed unit and cut my losses. Mark did a great job making it new again, and shocked me pleasantly. He also fixed a kitchen faucet that had come apart, he repaired lattice under my deck, all the while tolerating my barking dogs. He added an outdoor light near my deck, and replaced rotted boards on my deck. I had an entire list of small items to be repaired and Mark did them all quickly and efficiently for me. He is much appreciated and I will be calling him again.

Looks like the original ceiling now!  I would recommend Mark anytime.  The cost is right, he gets in and out quickly, and most importantly, the work looks great.

Mark Peoples could not have been more thorough and responsive.  From the initial phone call to the site visit to the final detail, Mark was on top of the job.  The bathroom looks like it did the day we moved in.  The price was very fair and I am very pleased with the quality of the work!  I would call People's Home Service for other reconstruction and repair work in a second.
