Very professional, timely as promised and so far one month follow up. Remediation quote was comparible to other estimates. The moisture control solution I chose was based on own research and the various options provided by several companies. Within days my humidity levels got under control. Very happy. Pricey, but happy.
Description of Work: Crawl space mold remediation and humidity control solution. After excellent remediation process, I had 100% ground coverage vapor barrier replaced. I opted to have all crawl space vents sealed and put in dehumidifier. I had large area treated, 2400sf.

Staff representing the company (Mr. Kenny Lenauc) was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided fast service. We are very satisfied.
Description of Work: Checked the air quality. Removed old vapor barrier under the house and replaced with new, 6 mil, polyethylene plastic sheeting. Performed microbial treatment.

Chad explained the service he was going to do from start to finish. Since I was having my bathroom remodeled, he removed my bathtub and found that my sub floor had almost been eaten up with moisture and mold. He took care of it all, removed the moisture, mold and rebuilt my subfloor for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Chad Kelly.
Description of Work: I contacted multiple companies and received very high estimates and stories about all the work I had to have done. Chad from Mold Stoppers came out, assessed the problem in my bathroom and gave me an honest and fair quote to do the work. He also guaranteed his work. He was prompt, neat and thorough. The mold problem was completely eliminated and I have not had any more problems. I highly recommend this company and Chad Kelly. He has a tremendous work ethic and is highly dependable.
