I have worked with computers my entire life and been in the IT industry for 17 years. Over my time, I have worked for such companies as AT&T, Cisco, IBM, and MCI/Worldcom. Not only am I experienced at diagnosing PC problems, but also resolving issues with Windows, printers, and scanners. From first-time setup to software and hardware upgrades, I've done it all. I can also assist in setting up home networks, both wired and wireless.
