We do not refinish floors, scum and residue as well as polish them with a light coating that will last 6 months. We use all green products that are safe for pets and children. Most jobs take us about an hour to complete and then theres a minimal dry time of just 45 minutes until you are walking on the floors again, we can not repair already damaged floor but we can help protect from further damage. We do not sand floors in any way. We do thoroughly clean the floors removing most haze
