They come once a month. I have a contract with them. It costs about $1400 for the year.

After purchasing a house that had been vacant for some weeks/months, we discovered cockroaches in the kitchen and evidence of rodents. We referenced Angie's List to find a pest control company and settled on Orkin.
An Orkin representative responded immediately, inspected the house and crawlspace, and used chemicals and traps to adfdress the situation.
We opted for a one-year contract which provides follow-up visits every other month at a cost of $635.
So far, the treatments appear to be working and the Orkin reps have been prompt, courteous and efficient.

They provide preventative service for me. I would continue to use Orkin in the future.

We didn't feel like the second company really knocked out the pests that were coming into our house. Orkin has done a great job. They are really good about leaving notes about what they are seeing and ways to make it so that pests won't come into the house. They've said, and ldquo;We found a lot of leaves and leftover wood under your deck. You might want to remove that because it's a feeding ground for ants.and rdquo; They leave those kinds of notes but also call back and say and ldquo;I hope you got my note.and rdquo; They say they're happy to come out and spray again once I get it removed. They are also good about coming back out within two days of calling and doing inside or outside treatment. They are very responsive. The only reason we changed companies in the first place is we thought we could get the same service cheaper. The sprays that the other company brought out weren't the same quality or strength as the ones that Orkin brings out. It is definitely worth a little bit more money to have Orkin come out and do it.

I have been with them for 7 years. They always get the job done. The technician is friendly is professional.

We used them before and we were pleased with them. We have a service agreement with them. I give them an "A" overall and I will use them again in the future.

They are very reliable, they call before they come, they ask questions about whether we have had any issues and they try to address those issues. They make recommendations of stuff we can do around the house to help control insects.

The experience was good. They've always been polite, courteous, and professional. If we had a specific issue they would come out to take care of it at no additional cost. The only reason why we switched companies is because we found a better price.

We still have a lot of bugs so we aren’t happy with them. They gave me 30 days to call back if I still had bugs, and they came out for free which I was happy about. I’ve had other pest control companies before Bucks and I didn’t have this problem. We used to have a company come out every spring and we waited two or three years before we called in Bucks so the lapse might have had something to do with the situation. They are friendly, professional, and they came on time.

They are a great company. I think their price is fair. They are timely and punctual. They are in and out and very professional. They answer any questions I have. I would recommend them.

WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY CALL AND SET UP OUR APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. IF THERE IS A MESS THEY CLEAN IT UP. I LIKE THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH BUT I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. THE SAME GUY HAS BEEN COMING OUT FOR MANY YEARS. HE DOES A GOOD JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH INSECTS AND IF I DO, THEY'LL COME BACK.

I AM NOT SO SURE THAT THEY HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THE THINGS THAT THEY DID, WE COULD HAVE DONE OURSELVES. WE HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE.

THE REASON I DECIDED TO START USING ORKIN WAS BECAUSE I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT TERMINIX DID FOR US. SINCE WE STARTED USING ORKIN WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY SEEM MUCH MORE WILLING TO WORK WITH US.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB SPRAYING OUR HOME. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY REAL PROBLEMS WITH BUGS OR INSECTS SINCE THEY STARTED DOING OUR HOME. THE MAN THAT COMES OUT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD.

I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID. THEY ARRIVED RIGHT AWAY TO MY HOUSE AND DID WHAT I PAID THEM TO DO FOR ME. THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY AND I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THEM.

OVERALL, EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET RID OF THE TERMITES ALTOGETHER AND IT WAS ONE LESS WORRY ON MY MIND. THEY DID NOTHING WRONG.

WE LIVE IN A WOODED AREA SO THE INSECTS ARE THICK. THEY HAVE NOT DONE A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING THE INSECTS AWAY. IT SEEMS LIKE WE ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO SPRAY AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE IF THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSE.

WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY COME EVERY MONTH TO DO A FOLLOW-UP. THEY WOULD ALSO COME ANY TIME IN BETWEEN IF WE SEE ANY ROACHES FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I REALLY LIKE THAT.
