Great service and people

The folks at Northridge Auto Spa are professional but at the same time make you feel right at home while you are waiting for the work to be done.. They even have nice,friendly cat to sit in your lap while you wait.
I was very pleased with the way my car looked when they finished with it. I felt they did a very good job.

I had to ask for someone to direct me. I sat in my car for a few minutes to ask what is the process for getting my car washed. They did not do a could job vacuuming my car nor did they do a good job cleaning the back window. My back window was worse after taking it here. I asked the young man to come look and he did and after a second and quot;wipeand quot; the window was awful. I did not ask for him to redo it again. It was obvious that the cloth was dirty and had oil/wax of some sort on it. I cleaned my window in my garage.

It was a little confusing at first because no one was there to meet us right away (Do we park and go in to order or just drive up to the detailing bay?) but a manager soon came out after we circled the building and directed us to the back. The young man who took charge of our car was quick and professional but not at all rude. We ended up choosing the and quot;Bestand quot; car wash package and headed inside to the waiting room where a friendly, fat cat named Soapy greeted us and sat on our laps while we relaxed on the couch.
Before too long, the young man came back asking what scent we wanted. Being easily overwhelmed by smells, my wife hesitantly chose and quot;Clean car,and quot; which was actually very nice (Who chooses a banana-smelling car anyway?). The car was spotless inside and out, and the stubborn streaks on the inside of the windshield that brought us there were long gone. The work was definitely tip-worthy, but there was no tip jar on the counter, and of course nobody intimated that they expected a tip. If you go, there's a mailbox just outside the front door for tips.
Pluses: Quick and polite service, simple frills in the waiting room (a cat, a couch, and a TV are all I need, but there are of course vending machines), fair pricing for a solid quality clean
Minuses: A little out of the way for us (but worth it)

They will also give you a ride if you do not want to wait for your vehicle to be finished.

If they do "wash" the seats in your car and you need to pick up your car before the seats are completely dry, bring a towel to sit on.

We liked them. They did a good job. My husband was very happy with the whole thing.

If you care about your car, this is the place to go if you want your car washed . I am anal-retentive about my car and worry about swirls or poor service. I don't worry here. I have a friend who owns some car washes out of area and he says this group does it right-- they don't use the cheap rough bristles, they are using upgraded pads . They always do a great job and my car looks super when done. The people are really nice too-- nice waiting area inside with tv, and a massage chair, and sometimes there's a really friendly cat. (If you're a cat person he'd love to get some attention, but don't worry if you're not a cat person he won't come bother you hehe). Give them a try and I bet you leave with a smile. How often can you say that at AutoBell or the one off Strickland?

They do a good job and ask if everything is okay and they mean it. They are very personable and it is a comfortable place. It is a good place to go to. They also have different levels of car wash and I think their prices are fair.

Super-friendly, super-hardworking, easy to get along with, they even have a massage chair to sit in while you wait! This place rocks, no one can get your car cleaner. I had the most nasty, dirty car ever (3 kids, lots of spilled milk, I'll spare you the rest of the gory details) and they got it new-car clean. YES! I love this place.

This is such a nice car wash. There are special massage chairs and a flat screen TV in the waiting room. The owner is very friendly and enjoys talking with the customers. They do a thorough job on the car and it always comes out great.
