They were very polite on the phone and offered to replace with another arrangement, letting me know that there would be fresh flowers the next day. I did not want to take another chance, as I could not understand how any florist would have passed the arrangement as acceptable. We brought the arrangement back to the florist. They also let me know that the flowers in this arrangement do no last very long. Apparently they do not last long enough to make the trip of less than one mile. Now I am waiting for a refund. The service people seem to have no ability to resolve the issue on site as the company has been bought out. They were very polite and courteous.

They are great. The arrangements are beautiful. They do a excellent job on the greenery. The prices are very reasonable.
