Great!! The cost was one third what the dealer was charging. A question arose as to a service engine light that was on. I was told that if it came back on, I was to contact the dealer first. I was given the proper code to refer to as the car was still under warranty. However, the light has stayed off. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. Great service.

replaced rear shocks. about 1/2 the price of other places. They do good work and prices are reasonable.

Dropped vehicle off at night. Received diagnosis and estimate by 9:00 AM. Service completed on time and exactly as estimated. Extra work (minor) diagnosed and performed at no charge. Very good experience.

We started taking our 2004 Volvo XC 90 to Raleigh Radiator a few years ago because we were tired of paying a fortune for service at the Volvo dealership. We immediately found them to be extremely professional, thorough, and incredibly reasonably priced -- at least half of the cost at Volvo. When our AC died the dealership said they needed to take out the whole front panel of the car to repair it. North Raleigh Radiator was able to do it without disassembling the panel and saved us hundreds of dollars on labor costs. On more than one occasion they have and quot;checkedand quot; something on our car and did not charge us a penny for their time and effort. It's so nice to know you can totally trust the people working on your car -- that they will do the job right, and that they're charging a fair price. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with North Raleigh Radiator and Automotive!

They charge reasonably, they don't suggest unnecessary repair, and they are quick with their work. I would use them in the future if I need to.

They did a great job, and the price was fair. I've been going to Woody and Neal for six years, and they've done work both on my old truck and our newer car. They are professional, easy to work with, and the price is always fair.The turnaround has always been reasonable as well.

I had taken the van and the Cadillac to two different dealerships and been quoted a total of $2,800 in repairs. For the van it was $2,000 and for the Cadillac it was $800. In addition on the Cadillac they did another repair and didn t charge me for it and didn t even tell me that they did it. I was delighted with everything that they did!
