Window Service
Terrible experience that continues to haunt me. I wrote a previous review giving them a C rating in 2015. One year after installation of a large window, I had a waterfall type leak during a rain storm. I called them to fix it. They claimed they did only to find out this year, the same window was leaking again. I am afraid of the damage it has done to my home. Not to mention the energy efficiency. Almost three weeks ago, even after having someone come out and “look” at it, and numerous phone calls, the company has not contacted me. I am weighing out my options for a law suit. Can’t file with the BBB because installation was done over the 365 day mark. Buyer beware as things may seem fine when job is complete,, only to find out you may have issues in the long run.
