 + -1 moreprovided a replacement hvac unit that was covered under warranty. customer repeated contacted Noland to get warranty labor cost reimbursement. Poor customer service, evasive, lied, did not return phone calls, run-around, not compassionate to customer issues, gave too many excuses.
