The results were fine and I was very happy with it. They did the work very well.

We were very disappointed with the communication and work provided by Mr. Nix and his employees. Mr. Nix failed to keep the lines of communication open, did not call or show up when he said he would and basically proved to be very irresponsible. His estimate was not clearly written out, inventories of building materials were not provided, workers were not properly trained on landscaping, building, grading, or construction procedures, and the work was not properly completed although Mr. Nix was paid in-full. Mr. Nix failed to make the work right, failed to return to complete the unfinished work, and failed to return to clean-up the building debris left by his crew. We ended up having to hire a team to tear down what Mr. Nix did for us and pay to have it redone by another more reputable firm. Please save yourselves the agony of using someone of Mr. Nix unprofessional caliber and hire someone else!
