Spence took care of two warranty issues without question and installed some additional lights. Did work quickly and exactly as requested. 2nd time I have used them and I will use them again.

Spence and his install guy Scott are the best! I got a couple of estimates from some landscapers...Then I decided to look on Angie's list at just the top A rated outdoor lighting specialists. I had all of them out to go over ideas for the design and listened to their ideas and gave mine too. Spence has been doing this longer than all of them - and you can tell. He is the only company who does not do the free demos at night.. But he assured me that he doesn't have to! He was completely right. His ideas and confidence where exactly the lights should go was spot on and he was very confident.. All the others seemed to be unsure what will look best and tended to ask me what I wanted instead. Nitelites were also the best I price - which is amazing because they are the best I quality. Everyone has said how amazing the lights look. Im so so impressed with every aspect of the service and dealing with spence was a pleasure from start to finish! Great job and great service. It was money well spent indeed.

Spence was great! He is easy-going and has a great eye for lighting! He is very responsive and punctual! It took no time to get the system installed and it was exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend him to anyone with landscape lighting needs!

When I first met Spence he was extremely professional and courteous. I first started off with doing my backyard. Spence had several Idea's and we went over each thought that he had. Needless to say he passed along the savings he got from him distributor and did an EXCELLENT job! Such a good job I ended up having him come back 1 year later to do the front. I am 100% pleased with the job! I would highly Recommend!

I have to say from the beginning Spence was nothing short of exceptional to work with. He is extremely knowledgable in his field and you can truly tell he loves what he does. Spence can out to my house and I told him what I was looking for and he then came up with several suggestions for me. Together we were able to come up with an agreeable plan. The following week he had sent one of his guys out, who was extremely professional, to do the install. The install took about a day, and they did a very professional job, and didn't cut any corners. They were able to hide all the wire except for the ones that had to be exposed ( I have a three tiered wall, that is why) and they used copper pipping, so over time it will oxidize. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I am extremely happy with the work that was done

Everything went great! The work was completed promptly and professionally and there were no communication issues. Our electrician came in afterwards to install the exterior outlet and was very complimentary of their work and the quality of the products they installed. The fixtures were a bit pricey but we are confident the investment will pay off in the long run. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Nite Lites is just plain great. Spence did a super job developing a backyard lighting scheme for my yard, which still fits well into the landscape even 10 years later. And he and the staff have been extremely responsive whenever I've needed service since then. I'm not sure how prices compare to other companies,but I feel like they offer very high quality work.

The installer arrived and completed the work on time and did a great job. When he was finished I noticed that I needed some additional lighting in some dark areas and he returned quickly and added the lights. The experience was great and I would and have recommended them to others.

I love NiteLites! They installed my landscape lighting several years ago, and have been great at fixing broken lights and doing general maintenance on the lights whenever I've called them. They are professional, speedy, skilled, and really nice to work with.
