They performed 3 separate jobs for us: first, they replaced the polybutylene pipes throughout the house, then roughed in the shower fixtures so that we could install new showers + surrounds,  then they came back to install the "finish" plumbing (faucets, toilets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.)
The polybutylene replacement looked okay, but didn't pass inspection because they didn't put metal plates (nail plates) over the pipes where they went through 2x4s (to keep someone from nailing into the pipes) or have fire-rated caulk to seal the spaces around the pipes where they went through the 2x4s.  We asked them to come back and fix it; their initial response was that it would be an additional $340.  After further discussion, they agreed to come back and do it without additional cost.
The shower rough in and installation of the first toilet, shortly thereafter, was fine.
When we had the final round of work (install kitchen faucet / garbage disposal / dishwasher and associated under-sink plumbing; install bathroom sink faucets; finish shower fixtures; install remaining 2 toilets)...  Kevin sent us a polite email saying that: 1)  the dishwasher needed to be attached to the granite counter; and 2) the trap on the kitchen sink drain had to be reversed, which is a common issue when switching from an overmount to undermount sink as we had done when replacing the kitchen.  He further stated that #1 definitely needed to be addressed for inspection, and #2 would depend on the leniency of the inspector.  In further communication, he explained that the drain in the wall was too low for a standard installation of the P-trap, and that we could run a new drain through the floor of the (brand new) cabinet into the crawlspace for an additional $415, and that while the current installation "functions and looks normal to most, it is not correct and will present flow and scouring issues when food waste is introduced."  Upon replying that we expected it to be done *correctly* and to code, he responded saying that he'd been polite, etc. and if we didn't pay him, we'd hear from his lawyer.
To our surprise (based on the plumber's statements), it actually did pass inspection.  We did have a different plumber (different company) come look at the area under the kitchen sink, who showed me a little more what was wrong with the P-trap installation, including how one connection had very little overlap and was very likely to leak over time, especially given the vibration from the disposal.  He basically said, Neuse Plumbing reversed the P-trap instead of using this different type of P-trap that is made to be reversed, and fixed it for $100.  He also pointed out that the drain from the dishwasher was hanging down too far (made a loop, which would catch food waste) and raised that for us.
Further, Kevin insisted that it was the general contractor's job, or the countertop installer's job, to attach the (loose) dishwasher to the cabinet/countertop.  Upon consulting with Home Depot, new dishwashers (like ours) have side mount brackets, which are a quick/easy installation and don't involve wood inserts in the granite or epoxy.  I'm still not sure why Kevin didn't just use those to fasten the dishwasher to the cabinet since they were provided with the dishwasher.
All in all... I would not use Neuse Plumbing again.  We should have not gone back after the first instance of having to call them back to bring their work up to current code.  Also, since they were there when the walls were completely torn open (kitchen was gutted), THAT would have been the time to suggest that the drain location be moved slightly; instead of later installing something incorrectly and offering to drill holes in brand new cabinets to do a $400+ fix.  I was/am amazed that, after admitting that the work was not likely to pass inspection, their response to a politely worded request to correct the problem (including offering to pay for the cost of moving the drain, although to not pay for fixing the incorrectly done undersink plumbing) was to threaten liens and litigation.

This is a relatively easy job for a plumber. The kit sells for under $30 retail at Home depot. They paid far less than retail I'm sure.
We've had this done in the past to other toilets & were charged under a $100 for the entire job. They charged double.
Avoid this company if you can, unless you want to overpay for their services.

Plumber arrived early which was great.  He was so nice and professional.  He was extremely careful about keeping the area neat and clean.  He was very quick, very knowledgeable and went about his work.  He did a great job and hauled away the old toilets.  Everything was left as if he had never even been except for the brand new toilets professionally installed!

I  used them last July. They came and inspected the water heater and they replaced the heating elements in the water vapor. The price was reasonable. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job.
